Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Today I went to the doctor and got a COVID-19 test, and as I expected, it came back positive. Yesterday, I felt nauseous, my muscles ached, and I had diarrhea. I felt very tired and weak. I still feel weak, but my pain has eased compared to yesterday. I think I'm starting to recover.
The weather was sunny and very hot today, but I walked a little anyway and managed to exceed 5K today. I'm going to go to bed early and rest. I hope I'll feel better tomorrow, but I'm going to stay away from people for 10 days. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
