Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was cloudy and windy today, but it was warm. My family and I went to the beach, but the weather wasn't suitable for swimming, so we didn't swim, but we walked along the beach. And we rented bikes and rode them.
The weather has started to cool down; I hope winter comes late like last year. If I remember correctly, last year the weather started to get cold in January; I hope it's the same this year. Also, I managed to exceed 5K today, but I think the Actifit app didn't count my bike ride. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
