Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Today I felt really good, so I got up early and went outside. I walked and jogged slowly. Something caught my attention: when I run, the app doesn't count very accurately, at least for me; maybe the problem is with my phone. However, I still managed to exceed 12K today.
Now the kids can go to school by themselves so I don't have to go with them anymore so I can do more activities in the morning. By the way, the best thing I've done lately is quit smoking, life without cigarettes is truly amazing. I wish I had quit earlier but it is never too late, if you smoke I strongly recommend you to quit. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
