Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. It was sunny and very hot today. I woke up early and had work to do, so I went into town. And we walked there and back, it took about 2 hours, and I managed to exceed 15K. I sweated a lot and it was quite exhausting, but I can say it was worth it. If I remember correctly, it was my longest walk in recent times.
I came home in the afternoon. I'm taking my son to the dentist tomorrow, so I'm going to bed early. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
