Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was overcast and rainy today, and it rained almost until evening. I was home all day and didn't go out much, but I went out an hour ago to complete my daily walk. And today I managed to exceed 5K.
Winter has begun to show its face and temperatures have dropped. However, it is not very cold yet. If it hadn't been rainy today, I could have walked more, but I'm still happy that I exceeded 5K. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
