Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning, but I felt very tired, so I didn't get out of bed and slept a little longer. I caught a cold, so I didn't go out. I walked in the rain and sweated, which is probably why I got sick. I rested at home today.
In the evening, I went for a short walk with my spouse, but the Actifit app was closed so it didn't count the walks. I wish I had checked it before going out. Anyway, it's not a big deal, it just didn't count my walks. I'm going to bed early. If I don't feel well tomorrow, I'll go to the doctor. I hope I get better. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
