Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning, and the weather was clear and beautiful, perfect for walking. Before breakfast, we went out with the kids and walked. We walked for over an hour. Afterward, we returned home, and I made them breakfast and ate together. Afterward, I didn't go out and spent time at home with the kids.
According to Google Fit, I walked 8053 steps, 5.74 km, and burned 2196 Cal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
