A few weeks back, I had a meeting with the owners of Wonder and Melon, a beautifully curated gift shop that focuses on fun, thoughtful, and design-driven gifts for women. The store has a really warm and creative atmosphere, and it felt like a perfect match from the start.
They were looking for a way to boost their online presence with content that feels authentic, eye-catching, and true to their brand. I was immediately excited to be part of that story.
One of the first things I created for them was a short promotional reel to highlight the shop's unique vibe, the products they offer, and the experience of walking into the store. We published it on Instagram, and it really took off.
When we started working together, their account had just over 9,300 followers. After the reel went live, that number jumped to over 10,000 followers within just a few weeks.
Here’s what we achieved with that first post:
- 1900+ profile visits
- 700+ new followers
- 30,000+ views

That means about one in every three people who visited their profile ended up following. Pretty insane results for a first post. To get more out of the footage, I also created a promo edit for YouTube and their website so they could share the same vibe across platforms and reach a wider audience.
To celebrate the 10K milestone, I decided to go one step further and make something a bit more experimental. I created a 3D animation featuring their brand in a fun, playful way.

This project was so much fun to work on. I used Blender and After Effects to bring it to life, blending 2D and 3D elements to create a mixed media look. I played around with materials and textures to give it a handcrafted, layered feel that fits their brand personality.
More of this coming soon. But for now, I just wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes and celebrate a successful start of our collaboration with Wonder and Melon!
