Hi splinter fam,
Welcome to my blog for another entry into the social media challenge. This week i am writing the social media challenge later than I expected to but that's alright. For most of my social media entries I write about my battles. I do this not only to show people how I play my battles and what strategies I use but at times when I write and recall how I make certain selections I get to learn from my own game play. You know, there are times where you'll look at a certain battle and just say there's no way you win. Those are the kind of games on needs to write about to see what he or she did wrong.
There are also times where you become complacent and then instead of making certain selections you end up making the wrong one and then you loose. Those games too are games you should pay a whole lot of attention to. You know that earning the sps is as sweet as they come. Last week I was able to finish in the top 100. I am not particularly sure where I finished but then I know I did in the top 100. This season I've been able to play 100 games and I am somewhere around 24 or so. Remember, last week I wrote a post talking about playing a minimum of 100 games before you'll make it to the leaderboard? Yes, its in full effect now.
As i said last week, that should be a hindrance to make it to the leaderboard. If one plays an average of 8 games daily youll make it to the leaderboard. 8 games on splinterlands will take less than 40 mins of your time and me saying 40 mins is just a way of me being generous. I believe one can use 20 minutes to play 8 games daily. Yesterday I was able to play a lot of games. Today I was able to deplete the remaining energy and even purchased some as well.
Have you heard about the spl app? Yes, there is a splinterlands application. It was released a few months ago but its only for android users. Before tbis app i remember saying I couldn't play spl on my phone bla bla bla but with this app ive been able to play on the go and even enjoy it. You know, playing on only your PC mean that for most of the time I'll have to be at home before I can play the game. This was a problem for me cause there were times I'll miss playing brawls just because I was not at home.
I recently moved to android so when I heard there was an android app I was so happy for this. Ever since I downloaded it I've only used it to play brawls but I used it to play modern yesterday and I liked it. For the longest time, the only reason why I didn't like playing on mobile was because of how the battle screen looked. The cards where scrambled just like you see in the picture below.

Its still the same but when you play for a while you get used to it. I think I've gotten used to it because I use it for brawls and I get it now. For me, I think the app needs a little changes. I like using the app but I think that one problem can stop someone like me from using the mobile app. The way the cards show up is an important part for me and why I play a lot on PC. I was patient enough to enjoy playing it on mobile, what if someone is not as patient as i am then. It means he or she wouldn't even wait around to see how the mobile version is good.
You can download the mobile version on play store. Hope you enjoy using it.
