It’s me again, @rufajane, back with another blog. As promised, I’m here to share our second-day experience at Bai Hotel, the much-awaited wedding day! But before diving into the main event, let me tell you everything that happened from the start (you know me, I always have a story to tell haha).

Our day began fresh and cozy because the bed at Bai Hotel was so comfortable! I woke up at 4:00 a.m. to take a shower while everyone else was still asleep. I stayed quite a while in the shower just vibing and singin haha. Fast forward to 6:00 a.m., I was already dressed in my formal outfit since we were going to have breakfast with our Korean and Filipino friends. ![image.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/rufajane/EpQwKz2bRWH84RYeV4JmbkkeY92A24F931hdhBCkb7WMSsRABNEUqVmcbz51KtwHM61.png) By around 10:00 a.m., we all headed down to the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The hotel had an eat-all-you-can buffet, but with a rule: no leftovers allowed! If you leave any, you have to pay 500 pesos. So we carefully took small portions first and just went back for more whenever needed. The food was delicious, and we had such a fun time chatting and laughing during breakfast.

After eating, we went straight to the wedding venue for a quick entourage dance practice since I was one of the bridesmaids. We finished rehearsing around noon, then hurried back to our room to get dressed and do our makeup for the 2:00 p.m. pictorial. We aimed to be ready by 1:00 p.m., so it was quite a rush! Since we were doing our own makeup (and honestly not experts at it haha), we just did what we could. I didn’t put on much since I’m allergic to most makeup products but thankfully, it turned out fine.

Around 1 p.m., my sisters and I were all glammed up and ready. We went to the venue early to wait for the pictorial session. When we got there, our other companions weren’t around yet, so we waited until the guests started arriving. Soon, the place was filled with people, and the photo session began. The wedding ceremony started around 4:00 p.m., and my father served as the chairman of the event. It was such a beautiful, classic wedding! By the way, both the bride’s and groom’s parents were family friends of ours and since the groom was Korean, there were many Korean guests as well. After the ceremony, the program for the reception began. I really enjoyed the entertainment, especially talking with some of the Koreans who could speak English. While others were dancing, I found myself happily chatting with the foreign guests.

Some of the Korean guests were actually my ESL students, so meeting them in person was such a wonderful experience! I was so proud to see how much their English had improved and it truly made my teacher heart happy. The celebration wrapped up around 10:00 p.m., which was the booked schedule for the event. Overall, it was such an enjoyable and memorable second day which was full of laughter, friendship, and love. Thank you very much for reading!
