Moments to cherish: Me Through The Years

Looking back at my journey, I realize how much I've grown especially in the way I see life, love, and myself. It hasn’t always been easy, but each year taught me something new, and I think that’s what matters most. ---- When I was a child, life was simple of course. My biggest worries at that time were scraped knees and bedtime stories. I was full of questions, always curious, and easily amazed by the little things. I didn’t know much, but I enjoy. I am also an introverted side of person when I was just a child. So if you notice in my photo, I don't feel like smiling when asked to posed for a shot. But now, as I stepped into my teenage years, everything changed. I started to feel more curious about life. I questioned who I was and where I belonged. I discovered my talents, skill, and hobbies. I also experienced doubts, and silent battles that no one saw. But I also learned how to stand up for myself, chase what I believe in, and become stronger after every fall. Those years shaped my heart and mind in ways I didn’t expect. --- Now, as I grow older, I’ve become more mature. I don’t chase every trend (like most people do). I don’t try to please everyone because I value peace, purpose, and people who bring out the best in me. I’ve learned that growth isn’t always loud sometimes it can be quiet moments of choosing kindness, forgiving myself, and continuing even when things don’t make sense. --- Through the years, I’ve made mistakes (all of us were going through this pace). I’ve lost and found myself over and over. But I’ve also bloomed in the process. I may not be exactly where I want to be, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come especially that I am closer to my goals. And honestly, I have never thought before that I would become a writer someday. And yes, I did become a writer and a public speaker. So maybe I can also inspire others through my stories in life haha. But yes, I can proudly say that my childhood is full of ups and downs. So maybe it can also inspire others.
