@run.kirsty.run just finished a 3.7km run, that lasted for 31 minutes.
This run helped run.kirsty.run burn 227.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Got permission to start running this morning after my twelve week x-ray. Was so excited that I had to hop on the treadmill. Did 5 minute walk warm up then 10 x 1 minute running with 90s recovery walk. I started at 8.5kph but by third set had settled in 9.5kph. Doctor said to ease back in and not start running a 10k straight away and stop if there is any pain or increase in swelling. I ran with no pain in my foot! Got new cushioned shoes especially for my comeback!!!! So so so happy πππππππ
