Description from Strava: Five minute walk to warm up then 7 x 2 minutes running with 1 minute walk breaks. Finished with a five minute walk ( and a bit of a cry! From happiness to be running again). I immediately wanted to do another run. I didn't think I'd actually missed running but now that I'm doing it again I really missed it!!! It feels so good to be running.
