Description from Strava: I see a lot of posts about indoor rides that are repeats of 90% of FTP and wonder if I am really missing out when I am just doing my hard training sessions climbing for almost an hour. There is no science behind it, it is just a matter of pacing and pushing hard over the 50 minutes or riding. - 6 minute warm up - 1 minute standing, 1 minute seated at 75% incline - 1 minute standing, 2 minutes seated at 75% incline - 1 minute standing, 4 minutes seated at 75% incline - 1 minute standing, 8 minutes seated at 75% incline - 1 minute standing, 16 minutes alternating seated and standing at 100% incline - 1 minute standing, 4 minutes seated at 75% incline - 1 minute standing, 2 minutes seated at 75% incline - 1 minute standing, 1 minutes seated at 75% incline An awesome session I do every week or two weeks, and now time to jump on the treadmill and do a quick 20 minutes there.
