I did too many body squats today, because I feel like I walked 50,000 steps.
Body squats will kick your ass.
I worked in the backyard for several hours and did a lot of walking forth and back.
My right foot was developing a hot spot so I checked the bottom of my shoe, and a hole was near developing on the bottom of my shoe.
I found an unopened bag with nos shoes waiting to be laced up for the first time. They already have 10,000 steps after 2 hours out of the packaging.
I walked out of town and did a set of push-ups at the newer construction of a Catholic Church.
A lot of push-ups, squats and leg lifts have exhausted my old body. I'm ready for some quality sleep.
