I'm back on the 20k step count average, and I really earned my @actifit steps today.
I carried a 25 pound plate for 9000 steps.
Earlier in the day, I pushed the little guy on the swing. Every couple of minutes, I would go lift a barbell. I have more than a few barbells made up in the back yard.
I walked through the Thursday morning swap meet and then walked the large park across the street.
I feel energized, but I'm quality exhausted.
