Usually, cassava is often sold in villages, like in my village, where many people sell cassava at a very cheap price. Yesterday, I bought 2 kilograms of cassava. I made 1 kilogram of cassava porridge. I plan to make another 1 kilogram of cassava porridge tomorrow, which is no less delicious than this porridge. Don't worry, I will also share the cake recipe with you.

Made from cassava and coconut milk, this porridge is very popular among our village community, especially since it is relatively easy to make. I use instant coconut milk and a little granulated sugar as a sweetener. Oh yes, I also add a little palm sugar to make it taste even better.

First, I started cooking grated cassava with 1 glass of water. I cooked it until the cassava boiled. I also added 1 pandan leaf. In another pan, I also cooked palm sugar until the palm sugar dissolved and the sugar boiled.

I also put granulated sugar and food coloring into the cassava, and after the palm sugar water boils I also put it into the grated cassava.

After the cassava is cooked, I continue to cook the coconut milk, I pour 1 packet of instant coconut milk into the pan, don't forget to add 1 glass of water, food coloring, granulated sugar and pandan leaves, then I cook it until it boils, after it boils, I add the cornstarch solution and cook it again until the coconut milk thickens.

This is the result of my homemade cassava porridge. To serve it, I serve it with this sweet and savory coconut milk sauce. For one kilogram of cassava, I can get a lot of cassava porridge, enough for my whole family at home, because when cooked, the cassava will expand and become very plentiful.
