Oh
As I said before, eggplant can be cooked in curry, boiled vegetables, and even used as fresh vegetables. As a vegetable or fresh vegetables lover, I really like this eggplant salad as a side dish for rice. Fresh vegetables themselves are boiled or fried vegetables that are not seasoned with any spices, because later they will be dipped in chili sauce. Fresh vegetables are actually typical Javanese food. Javanese people usually eat fresh vegetables and chili sauce like this, but even though I'm not Javanese, I also really love fresh vegetables and chili sauce, hehhe
Lalapan can be made from any vegetables, from chayote, carrots, cabbage, eggplant, basically any vegetables can be made into lalapan, lalapan is very delicious if combined with your favorite chili sauce, especially if not chili paste, yes, chili paste is very popular among our people, especially Indonesians, Indonesians can't eat without chili sauce, whatever chili sauce you want, be it onion chili sauce, chili pepper sauce, raw chili sauce or chili paste like I made this one
I deliberately cut it into large pieces like this, because the characteristic of the lalapan is that it has to be cut into large pieces to make it easier for us to dip it in the chili sauce.
Curious about my eggplant salad recipe this time, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.
Materials used
Manufacturing procedure

This is the result of my favorite eggplant sambal and raw vegetables. It's ready. I want to taste it right away. I took 1 plate of rice and immediately devoured it. I didn't have to wait any longer.
The spicy taste is just right in my mouth, there is a slight combination of sour taste from the lemon slurry so that it makes the chili sauce even more delicious when I enjoy it

Just look at it when eaten with hot rice, it makes me addicted to the taste of the chili sauce, I will add rice up to 2 times more if there is chili paste and fresh vegetables like this, yes, it has been a long time since I made chili paste for lunch every day |
