Usually I make green bean porridge without adding coconut milk to it, but this time I want to add coconut milk to my porridge, so that it is more delicious and creamier, but if you don't like porridge with added coconut milk then you can skip the coconut milk because without coconut milk the green bean porridge will also be delicious.

The main ingredient in making porridge is of course green beans mixed with other ingredients, such as sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, palm sugar and instant coconut milk.

After 30 minutes, I turned the stove on again, I cooked it for another 5 minutes, until the green beans bloomed, I didn't forget to add salt, brown sugar and granulated sugar. I also added tapioca flour solution so that the green beans thickened.After it thickened, I turned off the stove, then I continued cooking the coconut milk sauce.

Here is the result of this green bean porridge with creamy coconut milk sauce. It is even more delicious when enjoyed in the morning like me. I really enjoy eating this green bean porridge in the morning as a substitute for white rice.

The taste of the sauce is sweet and creamy, the texture of the green beans is very soft because the method of boiling green beans like mine really saves gas and they become soft quickly, no need to cook for a long time, just cook for the first 7 minutes then let it sit for 30 minutes, continue cooking for another 5 minutes, with this method I guarantee the texture of the green beans is very soft, evenly soft
