When there's a lot of corn at home, the idea for a snack comes to mind. It just so happens that my mother brought home a large amount of corn. Some of the mothers wanted to make corn compote, while others wanted to make steamed corn snacks. I'm not sure what this snack is called, but we usually call it steamed corn in coconut milk, which is delicious and savory.

Made from corn, flour, and coconut milk, this cake is a favorite at events. In our place, this cake is often made at night on weddings, because at night, many mothers and fathers usually help with the event, whether cooking, setting up tents, and so on.
That's why there's definitely a need for a lot of food for the neighbors who are helping out, and this snack is one of the things that is prepared at the event, because it's relatively easy to make, and the ingredients are very easy to get anywhere.

First of all, I peeled all the corn husks carefully so that they wouldn't get tangled, because later the corn husks would be used as a wrapper for the cake, then I sliced the corn flesh, then I washed the corn clean.

After that, I blended the corn until smooth, and I added flour to the corn and I also added coconut milk, then I stirred until it was evenly mixed.

Next, I also put granulated sugar into the dough and I added salt, then I took 1 spoon of dough and I put it into the corn husk then I folded it neatly

This is the result of my cooking today, this cake snack is very filling, made from corn and flour plus creamy coconut milk, basically this snack is very suitable to be made when there is an event at home, and if you are lazy to use corn husks as a wrapper, you can use banana leaves as a wrapper.
