Today is a weekend and as usual, my family and I can eat together at home, there is my husband, mother, child and also my younger sibling, well, every weekend like this, my mother definitely wants to grill her favorite fish, grilled fish with spicy soy sauce and chili sauce that my mother usually makes, because when it comes to grilled fish, everyone in our house likes it, including me, but as I said before, I don't like eating without vegetables.

Stir-fried carrots are my choice at the moment, coincidentally in the fridge there are only carrots and cabbage, so I combined these two vegetables, as a side dish for my mother's grilled fish, while I was cooking the cabbage and my mother was also cooking the grilled fish.
Outside the house, my mother cooked grilled fish with hot coals, a slightly old-fashioned way of grilling fish, my friends, but with this method, you can produce fresh and naturally delicious grilled fish.

Okay, back again with me, who will start preparing the ingredients for cooking the vegetables, let my mother grill the fish outside, the vegetable ingredients that I use are carrots, cabbage, and other spices such as chilies, shallots, garlic and tomatoes, that's all, and for the complementary seasoning I only use salt.

After the vegetables were cooked, I served them with rice and grilled fish that my mother had just made. I also made soy sauce and chili sauce for the grilled fish. I think this menu is perfect for my lunch today.

The taste of the vegetables is just right, the level of saltiness is also just right, the vegetables I cooked are also not too soft, because I want to enjoy them while still having a little crunch when bitten into,
Cooking stir-fried vegetables like this is really suitable as a complementary menu for lunch, I feel that lunch without vegetables is not complete, that's why I always want to add to my menu every day.
