πŸŽ‰ DCity Veteran City Analysis & Optimization! πŸŽ‰

Hey everyone, I was talking about citizen claims in DCity when a long-time player, @hafiz34 , reached out. They've been building their city for years but found it had become a bit complex to manage and optimize. Sound familiar?

I offered to take a look, and I thought it would be a cool opportunity to share the process with the community! Every city is a unique puzzle. 🧩

Here’s a breakdown of hafiz34's city and some key insights:

πŸ™οΈ City Snapshot:

Total Value: 1075095 SIM or 60 HIVE or $12

Citizens: 172 (no tax refund) , Student(debt)(old) 76

Key Buildings: Research Center, Law Firm, Laboratory, Public Restrooms, Forest, Garbage Dump (rare combine ingredients)

Notable Assets: Laboratory, Public Restrooms have become extremely rare

  • πŸ” The Core "Challenge": The main issue is that the city's students are all in debt. The incredible collection of students was fantastic, but without paying off their debt presence actually stunts the growth of this city.

πŸ’‘ Optimization Suggestions & Strategy:

Based on the analysis, here were the key recommendations:

  1. Tax Refund is King: Your city will be back in the green with a small one-time payment of 76 x 400 = 30400 SIM towards paying off your students' debt and training them into their new professions.

  2. Balance the Workforce: The ratio of Citizens to Tax Refund is largely off. Adjust this by selling old citizens that do not provide tax refund. Use the earnings to reinvest into cheap population buildings like barracks or progression into farms which provide population and popularity.

  3. Resource Allocation: This city is showing a SIM Power of 100k which is great, but SIM Club membership cost of 1 million SIM isn't really that expensive and the curation benefits are worth it trust me.

  4. The Long Game: For a veteran city, the next big leap often comes from incremental upgrades. Focusing on swapping out older lower-tier citizens for buildings that offer stats forever and not just the next 3-4 years(citizen lifecycle).

✨ The Result: By implementing just a few of these tweaks, our veteran will be able to significantly increase their daily profit and create a much more stable economic foundation for future growth! It’s all about working smarter.

If I were you and had little interest in playing, I would dump everything but the minimum needed to stay viable for citizen farming and just become a SIM Club member then sit back on your passive income machine with added curation support for all of your content.
