Mi informe de Actifit: septiembre 24 2025

This time I accompanied my wife to run an errand to an optician's shop located in the Hipergalerías Traki Shopping Center. I enjoyed walking there, although the sun was quite intense. According to the weather forecast, provided by the internet, the temperature in recent days has been 38 degrees on average, which is high for this time of year, not to mention that constant exposure to the sun can be harmful, for that reason precautions should be taken before leaving home; good hydration, light clothing and a cap.  We decided to walk, we started our journey through the San Francisco sector and from there we went to Comercio Street and then we took Ayacucho Park, we took advantage of the banks of the Manzanares River to enjoy the coolness and shade of the trees. There were several groups of seniors playing dominoes, there was a lot of movement at this time of the afternoon, it was approximately four o'clock.  We decided to walk, we started our journey through the San Francisco sector and from there we went to Comercio Street and then we took Ayacucho Park, we took advantage of the banks of the Manzanares River to enjoy the coolness and shade of the trees. There were several groups of seniors playing dominoes, there was a lot of movement at this time of the afternoon, it was approximately four o'clock.  The return was calmer, we walked back towards Plaza Miranda, by then the atmosphere was pleasant, the sweltering heat was gone, while the night was approaching. We passed by Plaza Bolivar to observe the ornamental works that are being done for Christmas.

Esta vez acompañé a mi esposa a realizar una diligencia hasta una óptica ubicada en el Centro Comercial Hipergalerías Traki. Disfruté caminar hasta allá, aunque el sol estaba bastante intenso. Según el pronóstico climático, que proporciona internet, la temperatura en estos últimos días ha sido de 38 grados en promedio, el cual es alto para esta época del año, sin mencionar que la constante exposición al sol puede ser perjudicial, por tal razón se deben tomar precauciones antes de salir de casa; buena hidratación, ropa ligera y una gorra.  Decidimos caminar, iniciamos la travesía por el sector San Francisco y de allí salimos a la Calle Comercio y luego tomamos vía Parque Ayacucho, aprovechamos la orilla del Río Manzanares para disfrutar de la frescura y la sombra de los árboles. Allí había varios grupos de adultos mayores jugando dominó, había mucho movimiento a esta hora de la tarde, aproximadamente eran las cuatro.  Cuando llegamos al Centro Comercial, el poderoso aire acondicionado nos recibió en la entrada, fue como acceder a otro mundo, salir de un horno y entrar a una nevera. Llegamos a la óptica e hicimos la diligencia, pero antes de irnos, decidimos permanecer más tiempo en el lugar, caminar, ver las tiendas y disfrutar el ambiente fresco, mientras esperamos que el sol empezara a ocultarse por el horizonte.  El retorno fue más tranquilo, caminamos de regreso rumbo a la Plaza Miranda, para entonces el ambiente era grato, el calor sofocante se había ido, en tanto se aproximaba la noche. Pasamos por la Plaza Bolívar para observar los trabajos de ornamento que se están realizando con motivo de la Navidad.
