hive-authentication package

• We are maintaining Hive authentication package open source in parallel to working on other dapps on hive.

Remove all

Remove all other user from localStorage to logout other accounts

I guess, it was a bad idea to remove it via localstorage. We are working on clearing out users in a proper way.

Disable Switch User

What if some projects may not want to have switch user feature? We added that in package. User name is now visible and switch user button is hidden for single user.

Check In With XYZ

• Wondering why would some project want to disable switch user? Here is the example

• In Check In With XYZ, we only allow one user at a time.
• We implemented latest hive-authentication package in checkinwithxyz & deployed.
• Refresh button Color for light mode fixed

What does a hive user get?

A hive user (not admin or onboarder) logs in, they see above menu items. All of our test user had some or other role. We stripped all roles from shaktimaaan user to test above changes.

What else?

• Fast cashback is ready for distriator
• Beta Distriator - cashback.distriator.com is almost ready
• More updates in hive-authentication package
• We have more updates but we'll share in next post from us.
