Hello guys. Today I will share with you a very beautiful zoo located in Lahore. I went to Lahore with my friends about two weeks ago and we visited many locations, one of which was a zoo. This zoo is very big and it has statues of animals that were very dear to them and are no longer there.
This was my second visit to this zoo and a lot of changes have been made in it. Some new animals have also been kept and a lot of renovation has also been done. In the picture below you can see a fountain which is designed with a dolphin statue. It was closed now but last time I was there it was running. This fountain is built at the middle of the zoo and such decorations make this zoo more beautiful.
My friends were walking ahead of me because it was their first time in this zoo and they were very excited to visit it and I was busy taking pictures behind. In this zoo we also got to see some tall palm trees. The elephant statue you see below was made in memory of the elephant that used to live in this zoo but it passed away about three years ago and the name of that elephant was Suzi that's why Suzi written on this statue.
Last time I came, I didn't get to see the crocodiles, but in this picture you can see that the crocodiles are a clay-like color, so they are not very visible. They were quite far from us, but I zoomed in and took a picture of them. The crocodile in the back has its mouth open. There was also a pool built in their area, but perhaps they weren't in the mood to swim at that time. Below, you can see that my friends mohsin and salman are busy taking pictures.
Look at these mice, how unique they are and they are quite large in size. They had three colors of hair on their bodies, black, white and brown, and I have never seen mice like them before. We sat with them for a while and up close we could see a pigeon with a red area around its eye. It also looked quite beautiful and it was sitting in a very peaceful environment. Its bird cage was also designed in the shape of a birdhouse and it was quite beautiful there.
Finally we got to see the giraffe because when we first passed by its area we didn't get to see him because it had gone inside the room but when we passed by the same place again we saw it coming out and many people were standing to see it. The giraffe was also looking at these people and when it came out everyone made a loud noise.
My friends were seeing a giraffe for the first time and they were very happy. Below you can see a big ostrich and its feet were also quite big. I was wondering how much it would weight and my friends were looking for this ostrich's egg.😅
Here Mohsin was trying to touch the deer but when he put his finger inside the net, the deer tried to bite him. This deer was resting near the net and I took some close-up pictures of it. There were many types of deer here. Below you can see the brown bears, these are male and female. Apart from this, you can also see the black bears below, they were also quite cute and people were throwing food to them.
This is me @sahi1 and you can see from the smile on my face how much we enjoyed this zoo. This picture of me was taken by Mohsin and I was standing with a board on which pictures of different animals were made and the board was pointing which animal was on which side because this zoo was quite big. Below you can see some more deer which were smaller in size but quite cute.🥰
Once again, here is @sahi1. I really liked this picture of a lion wearing glasses. I took a selfie with this picture. You can also see a lion below and he looks quite tired. I didn't take many pictures in the lion section because I didn't stand there for long and there was a very bad smell coming from there.
We saw many birds in the bird section. There were many types of parrots and sparrows, but their pictures were not good because they had glass around them and the glass was reflecting. The parrot you see below was very cute and it was standing right next to the glass. I took a close-up picture of it.
Look at this rhinoceros, it was drinking water very calmly and I took a picture with it. It looked quite old and there was only one rhinoceros here. Below you can see some big turtles that were walking very slowly and I have never seen such big turtles before and they were very cute.
Look at the deer, it was resting in the fodder bucket and look at how big its antlers are. I was just looking at its antlers, how sharp they are. Below you can see a big white deer. I have seen such a deer for the first time, but it was also quite cute.
There were also small ponds where colorful fish and some ducks were swimming. We spent about an hour and a half in this zoo. It was quite big and we were tired after visiting this entire zoo.
