Hello everyone of this community, how are you all doing today? I was here again with another dessert recipe to share which is very easy to prepare. Today was also my husband’s birthday, so I asked him what he wanted to eat for his birthday. He said he want some graham cake, since then it was really his favorite dessert. So, his wish was granted.

Join me as I prepare this very easy and creamy dessert that your family would surely love.

Ingredients:

  • 3 packs graham crackers

  • 2 cans 390 ml creamer and condensed milk

  • 432 g fruit cocktail in a can

Preparation:

First, I put in a freezer the 2 cans of creamer overnight so that the texture would be already thick. What I like about this creamer was it’s already 2 in 1 it has all purpose creamer and at the same time it has condensed milk already, so it saves us some money at the same time the taste was also perfect for this dessert that I will be making.

Put the creamer in a bowl, then mix it with a fork to make the texture a little smooth, it’s better if you have a mixer to make things done faster. In my case I just use my fork. It’s fine to use it though it will take time to make the creamer smoother. In a container with a shape of rectangle, I will assemble this dessert.

First is to put a little creamer on the bottom part, then put the crackers. After assembling the crackers carefully. I added the creamer, then spread the creamer and flatten the surface of the creamer, next I added some fruit cocktails.

Then just repeat the process again for the second layer, crackers then the creamer. It would be the last layer. I sprinkle some crushed graham crackers then adding all the fruits on the top.

Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours, then we can now have a very creamy Graham ice-cream cake with fruit cocktail.

I really make dessert like this especially when it’s Christmas, it was our all-time favorite dessert, my husband was really happy to have this simple dessert on his birthday, it was really his favorite.
