Hello again my dear friends of Throwback Thursday community. Time really is fast and today is another throwback blog to share again. Today I’m gonna share to you the day I become a mom. At the age of 25, year 2022 month of July 26, my first-born welcomes to the world.
It was one of the sweetest memory that I had, hearing my baby’s first cry all the pain that day vanishes for an instant. It’s like magic.
Remembering the day before giving birth, I still took a picture of me with my baby bump, every month I took a picture of my baby bump to capture every moment how my tummy becomes big. At first I had a stomach ache, thinking I just ate something not good that day, but afterwards the pain becomes worse like every 5 minutes, I really can’t explain the pain I was experiencing that day, it started around 6 pm and the pain was really unbearable, I’m crying and praying at the same time.
It was already 4 am the next day when finally, had a normal delivery with my first born. I think about 30 minutes of pushing I’m able to hear the first cry of my baby. I was crying when I heard him, all the pain was worth it, and the feeling was still overwhelming. Thinking that I’m now a mom.
My husband was also very happy the moment he saw our first child, he traveled as fast as he could just to be with us immediately. He was not with me because I was in my hometown that time, at my mother’s side, and my husband had to traveled for one hour when he heard that I was already laboring.
This memory was really one of the sweetest, and I can still remember all that was happened that day. I was also thankful for my grandmother’s both mother and father side because they are with me from the time I labored, until I gave birth. My mother was working overseas that’s why she’s not with me, also my late father was a security guard and he was night duty that time.
My first born was three years old, and he was growing as a very cheerful and adventurous child. Time really is fast, I miss the time he was still a new born but that’s part of becoming a mom, seeing your children grow and discover life could bring. I pray to God that as he grows, he would achieve all his dreams in life. That’s all for today’s throwback blog. See you again next Thursday my friends, have a wonderful day and keep safe everyone 😊.
