Greetings to all sports enthusiasts and healthy lifestyle followers!I'm pleased to once again share a report about my physical activity. Yesterday, I managed to accumulate about 18,000 steps of activity. I visited the gym equipment area twice.During my morning session, I did deadlifts. In the evening session, I worked on my latissimus dorsi (back muscles) and did weighted squats.
For squats, I did four sets, increasing the weight with each set.
This exercise is quite energy-demanding, and I was tired afterward.
Though exhausted, I'm satisfied and sharing this post with you. I'll end it with wishes of wellness to everyone.
