My respects to all enthusiasts of a healthy lifestyle and sports!I am pleased once again to share my physical activity accomplishments.
First of all, I want to say that I'm feeling muscle soreness (DOMS) after yesterday's leg workout.
The thing is, I haven't been paying attention to leg exercises on machines for a long time, and this has affected my body.
As for the upper body, things are going better - my arms, back, chest, and shoulders have become accustomed to the workouts.Today, I specifically worked on arms at the gym equipment area. I did one warm-up set and three main sets on machines for biceps and triceps.
I also worked a bit on my lower abs by doing leg raises while hanging from the pull-up bar.
There wasn't much walking today, but in total, I accumulated about 10,000 activity points.
