I am pleased to share another report about my physical activity today.
Today was not particularly active - I spent most of my time at the computer. I went outside several times. In the evening, I visited the outdoor gym for the second time.
Today I focused on back muscle training. I completed: - One warm-up set - Four working sets on the lever row machine
In total, my activity score reached about 10,000 points.
