I'm once again sharing my report about my physical activity. Today, in addition to taking a walk, I visited my favorite outdoor gym area with exercise equipment. There, I focused on training my back, chest, and arm muscles, with more emphasis on back muscles.
I did the lever pull-down exercise for the latissimus dorsi muscles. On this machine, I completed one warm-up set and five working sets. For chest, I worked out on the butterfly machine. For arms, I did exercises on a machine that simulates dips.
In total, I accumulated about 12,000 activity points.
