This is my regular report about my physical activity.
Today was marked by [minimal] physical activity
In total, I managed to accumulate a minimum of 5,000 activity points.
I worked at home on the computer all day, which is why the activity was minimal.
For physical exercises, I did workouts with a barbell
These included squats, deadlifts, and standing overhead press
