I'm pleased to share another report about my physical activities today.
I visited the outdoor gym area twice today. During my first morning session, I focused on working out my shoulder muscles. I started by attempting to lift my maximum weight and managed to complete several repetitions. Feeling encouraged and satisfied with myself, I completed four working sets with my regular working weight.
Later in the evening, I returned to the workout area. This time, I concentrated on my back, arm, and chest muscles. I performed butterfly exercises, lever pulls for the back, and arm extensions for triceps. I also dedicated some time to abdominal muscles, doing leg raises while hanging from the pull-up bar.
In total, my activity score for today reached about 15,000 points.
