Greetings to all sports enthusiasts and healthy lifestyle advocates!
I'm happy to share once again about my physical activity today. I spent most of the day working at the computer. Due to my heavy workload, I only managed to go for a walk in the evening. As usual, I decided to walk to my favorite outdoor gym area with exercise equipment.
Since I had spent a lot of time being inactive, I decided to expend my energy on a basic athletic exercise - the deadlift.
I did one warm-up set alternating between left and right hands. Then I completed three working sets, increasing the weight each time.

I was quite tired after this exercise and concluded my workout at that point. I composed this report on my way home.
