Greetings to all health and fitness enthusiasts!
Once again, I'd like to share my physical activity report. Today I managed to accumulate around 10,000 activity points thanks to spending a considerable amount of time walking around my city streets. I also visited an outdoor fitness area with exercise equipment where I worked on my arms.

I did bicep curls and tricep extensions - four sets of each exercise with three main working sets.
After all this activity, my well-being improved significantly.
