"Greetings to all enthusiasts of a healthy lifestyle and sports! Once again, I want to share about my physical activity today. I managed to accumulate about 10,000 activity points thanks to spending a significant portion of time walking around the streets of my city. I also visited an outdoor exercise area with workout equipment where I trained my arms. I did bicep curls and arm extensions - in total, I did four sets of each exercise with three working sets.
