I'd like to extend my greetings to all enthusiasts of a healthy lifestyle and sports!
Once again, I'd like to share a report on the physical activity I completed today. I spent the first half of the day working on my computer, then took a short break, and dedicated the evening to my physical activity.
First, I walked, occasionally pausing to check my phone. I continued my walk, and my legs naturally led me to the sports ground.
When it was already dark, I went to the sports ground and thoroughly enjoyed spending time training my arms and abs.

I did exercises on the machines for my triceps, and for my abs, I did leg raises from a hanging position on the pull-up bar.

For biceps, I performed Scott bench curls.
After this uplifting workout, I felt much better. I was satisfied and headed home to write this post.
