Greetings to all healthy lifestyle enthusiasts! Once again, I want to share a report on the physical activity I have completed. I spent a lot of time at the computer, working with the Google Assistant and mastering new methods. However, despite the workload at the computer, I managed to dedicate time to my health and spent a part of the day quite actively. First thing in the morning, I took a walk and visited my favorite outdoor gym (area with exercise machines). There, I used two machines: I performed squats and deadlifts. I also did one set of lat pulldowns/cable overhead triceps extensions.
Later, I worked on the computer.
At the end of the day, I visited the outdoor gym again, this time armed with a pre-workout complex containing vitamins and amino acids.
Energized, I did four sets on the "Butterfly" machine for chest muscles and four sets on the machine for latissimus dorsi muscles (lats).
After that, tired but pleased with myself, I headed home.
After arriving home, I composed this post and shared it with you.
