Greetings to all fans of a healthy lifestyle! Once again, I want to share the results of my physical activity. For the past few days, I’ve been resting: sleeping a lot and working a little at the computer. But today was a more active day, and I gladly devoted my time to exercise. I spent some time walking, and in the evening, I visited my favorite outdoor gym with exercise machines.
Even though I felt sleepy and tired all day, I still managed to have a pretty good workout on the machines.
On the bench press machine, I did four sets, with the last two being at my maximum weight.
It’s worth noting that the repetitions felt pretty easy, which made me very happy.
I also did several sets on the triceps machine.
I decided that was enough after two days of rest and headed home.
After getting home, I wrote this post.
