Hello to all fans of a healthy lifestyle and sports!Once again, I am happy to share my recent physical achievements.
I started today with some physical activity: after having a coffee and a light breakfast, I went for a walk around the block.After walking for a while and warming up well, I headed to the outdoor workout area.

During my morning session, I worked hard on my core muscles.
I did four sets, increasing the weight and reducing the number of repetitions each time.The rest of the day, I spent working at the computer, sitting.By evening, I went back to my favorite gym, where I focused on training my arm muscles.
I did four working sets for the triceps on a dip machine, simulating parallel bar dips.
Then I did several sets on the Scott bench, working on bicep curls.After that, I went home and wrote this post
