Hello to all healthy lifestyle and sports enthusiasts! Once again, I'm happy to share a report on my physical activity. My activity today consisted of two phases: a morning workout and an evening walk. I spent the entire day working on the computer, only occasionally taking breaks for stretching with a resistance band. The morning walk took me to my favorite outdoor gym. In the morning, I worked out with my wife and performed the deadlift exercise. In total, I completed four sets of 8-10 repetitions each. This exercise is quite energy-consuming and effectively works many muscles (or targets the posterior chain / core muscles / back muscles). I felt the load well after the session.
As I mentioned earlier, after that I headed home and continued with my computer work.
In the evening, I went out for a short walk to stretch out my body.
Then I worked on the computer and occasionally took breaks for physical exercises with dumbbells.
That's how my workday passed.
I'm satisfied that I managed to find time for physical activity.
I will try to maintain this active rhythm going forward.
