Hello to all connoisseurs of a healthy lifestyle! I would like to share my report on my physical activity.
Today is Sunday, and I had a real day off. I spent most of my time watching a wonderful Netflix series.
Of course, I didn't forget about physical activity and dedicated a good hour to it as well.
I went for my first walk with a backpack, in which I placed a 9-liter bottle of water, weighing about 9 kg.
With this load, I walked several kilometers: first I went down a hill, then up a hill.
I did not visit the exercise area today, but I worked out with dumbbells at home.

During the walk, I visited magnificent places where I observed the post-sunset twilight sky.

Thus, with a little activity, my day ended. In total, I accumulated about 7,000 activity points.
With this, I conclude my post and wish all good people good health.
