Today, once again, I am pleased to share a report on my physical activity.
Today was a productive computer day; I spent most of my time working at the computer.
I sometimes took breaks for physical exercises.
Next to me are always hotels, rubber expanders, and many other fitness accessories.In the evening, I still set aside a few hours for a walk and visited my favorite outdoor gym with exercise equipment.

Today I ran, went through several exercise machines, and did one set of everything. But with maximum feeling.
I tried maximum weight for shoulder muscles, deadlifts, and chest presses.
I also did a full set on the squat machine.
After this small workout, my physical and mental state noticeably improved.

Returning home, I felt a surge of energy and continued working at the computer.
This post is confirmation of that.
