Hello to all connoisseurs of healthy sports in life and sports
Once again, with gratitude to the creators of this site, I have the opportunity to share a report on my physical activity.
In total, I scored about 10,000 activity points today.
As always, my activity consisted of walking.
And as always, I spent part of my time on my favorite training ground with exercise equipment.
Today, my attention was focused on the exercise machine used for deadlifts.
However, instead of deadlifts, I used it for a multi-functional exercise.
I combined several exercises into one: first, I lifted the machine to my chest, then dropped it to my shoulders, and pressed it upwards.
Thus, in this complex, I worked the muscles of my arms, back, and anterior deltoids. I did four sets of 12 repetitions each.
Most of the day I stayed home working on the computer, taking breaks for warm-ups with a rubber band. In the evening, I went out for some fresh air and walked around the block a bit, and also spent a little time on the horizontal bar.
