Hello to all connoisseurs of sport and a healthy lifestyle. Once again, I want to share an update on my physical activity. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to post yesterday's report, although I was quite active. So today, I will talk about two days of my physical activity. Yesterday, I took a walk, as always, and visited the sports ground with exercise machines. I did one set of 8-12 repetitions on each of the machines, specifically shoulder press, chest press, and deadlifts.
Today, I also took a walk and visited the exercise ground. I did several exercise complexes. I did some good squats with weights: the first set was a warm-up with a light weight, and the remaining three were with my working, heavy weight.
In addition to squats, I did lat pulldowns to the chest to work out my back muscles. I also trained my biceps a bit, doing hammer curls with heavy dumbbells. In the end, I decided to test my strength and lifted a heavy weight on the shoulder machine.
Returning home, tired but satisfied with myself, I was happy to write this post.
