Hello to all connoisseurs of a healthy lifestyle and sports.
Once again, I am pleased and grateful to share a report on my physical activity.
I'm a little upset because I couldn't dedicate the full, proper time to sports. All I managed to do today was walk a little with a weighted backpack and exercise with dumbbells.
Today I did hammer curls to train my arm muscles and also occasionally used a resistance band. Most of the time I rested and worked on the computer.
Tomorrow I will try to dedicate enough time to my physical activity, and for now, I bid you farewell and wish all good people good health.
