Greetings to all connoisseurs of a healthy lifestyle and sports!
Once again, I'm sharing the physical activity I completed.
Today, my physical activity was mainly dedicated to walking.During the day, I was busy with household chores, particularly plumbing issues.
Solving these issues required me to move around the city, going to various stores.I tried to use public transport minimally and dedicated time to walking.
In this way, I managed to reach 7,000 steps of activity.
After being freed from my household chores, I worked at the computer and periodically did exercises with rubber resistance bands and dumbbells.
I'm concluding my post and wishing all good people good health.
