Greetings to all connoisseurs of a healthy lifestyle and sports! I'm sharing the physical activity I completed during the day. This was done with pleasure and gratitude to the creators of this resource.
Today was a typical computer day, but I periodically took breaks for physical activity. At home, I performed exercises with resistance bands (straight arm raises), and also did several sets for biceps with dumbbells.
In the evening, I went for a walk and visited my favorite outdoor gym with exercise machines. I focused mainly on an arm workout:
Four sets on the triceps machine.
Four sets on the biceps machine.
I also did two sets on the deadlift machine and performed a combined set, which included inclined rows to the chest and an overhead press for the shoulders.
After completing all the exercises, I went home and immediately wrote this post.
