Hello to all fans of a healthy lifestyle and sports! Once again, I am happy to share a report on my recent physical activity.
Today was a great, action-packed day full of exercise. In the first half of the day, I walked quite a lot, visiting the shops I needed in my city. By the end of the morning, my walking had helped me reach 10,000 activity points.
After that, I spent some time working at the computer, taking only small breaks for a bit of movement.
In the evening, I visited the sports ground, focusing primarily on training my arms, chest, and shoulders.
I worked well on my body today and am very pleased with myself.
Yesterday, I also visited the workout area with exercise equipment, but I didn’t have a chance to post my activity report at that time.
