Good health to all fitness enthusiasts and sports lovers!
Once again, I'm pleased and grateful to share my experiences with physical activity today.Today was a typical computer day—meaning I spent most of the time working at my desk, but I took breaks from time to time for physical exercises.In the evening, I walked through the streets of my city, and this time I visited a pull-up bar area.
Today I worked with my own body weight.My exercises today included variations of push-ups and pull-ups.I did several sets of Australian pull-ups, as well as 50 clapping push-ups and 30 narrow-grip push-ups.
After my workout, I felt a great pump in my muscles and continued my evening walk at quite a brisk pace.
The cool, fresh evening air motivated me to move even faster.The rhythmic beats in my earphones also helped and motivated me to walk quickly.In the evening, pleased with myself, I took out my phone and wrote this post.I want to thank all the creators of this resource and conclude this post with wishes for your good health.
